These services can be administered on-site or remotely and include preparing operational reports, predictive problem management, real-time incident analysis and diagnostic gathering, trends analysis, documenting processes and procedures, change management, and capacity planning.

  • SENIOR STORAGE ARCHITECT/SENIOR CONSULTANT: US-BASED

    GlassHouse Technologies is looking for Senior Storage Architects/Senior Consultants with technical expertise in data storage. In this exciting position you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in storage technologies and oversee the definition and development of storage options, strategies, processes and necessary activities for assigned client engagements. In addition to possessing a deep technical background in Enterprise Storage (EMC, NetApp, IBM, HP, HDS) you will have extensive professional services experience within IT infrastructure consulting, as well as previous accountability at the senior technical director-level or above.
